Sauce: mix the fish sauce with soy sauce, lime juice and finely chopped coriander.
If you use ready-made frozen shrimps, pour boiling water over them and clean them from the shell. It is best to take freshly frozen and fry them on both sides for a couple of minutes, until the shrimp acquire a pink color. Save the shells and heads of shrimp for further preparation of bisque sauce. The recipe is on my page.
Peel papaya and avocado and cut into plastic pieces. Cut the salad into pieces and put it on a plate.
Top with papaya, avocado, prawns and drizzle with sauce.
