Baked Zucchini Rolls Recipe
Delicate, delicious zucchini rolls. A wonderful recipe. Cooked for dinner-all were very happy!

Boil rice until tender.
Zucchini (green and yellow) wash.
Grate on medium grater. Squeeze out excess liquid. Add egg, flour, salt and pepper to taste. Stir until smooth. Fry 4 pancakes in vegetable oil.
Mix rice with minced meat, salt and pepper to taste.

Grate cheese, add mayonnaise and mix.
