  1. To start, cut the wings into 3 parts, we do not need a sharp tip (put in the freezer, then add to the soup)

  6. Let it lie for 3-5 minutes, so that the flour sticks more tightly to the meat. I do not recommend wetting your hands in the egg mixture, but use a fork instead, otherwise the eggs and flour will stick to your hands and not to the chicken.
  7. 3-5 minutes passed – dip the chicken again in the egg mixture, then in the corn crumbs from the flakes.
  8. We are waiting for another 3-5 minutes. So we give the second layer of breading to thicken on the chicken. If you fry immediately , there is a chance that the breading will fall off from the chicken. There are many ways to make it stronger and this is one of them.
  9. Preheat the oil. I had a pan with a deep fryer and it took about 300-400 ml. of oil, you may have it differently. If you have a frying pan, then it will be problematic and expensive to fill it completely with oil. I think you can try frying the chicken in oil, turning it over.
  10. You can check the oil temperature with a wooden spoon, spatula, or Chinese sushi stick. If you put a wooden spatula in the oil, it begins to bubble, then the oil is well warmed up, if there is smoke over the oil-overheated, turn down the fire.
  11. Lower the chicken in the oil, I repeat – I used a deep fryer.
  12. It took me 4-5 minutes. If you use a frying pan, you can probably fry the chicken in oil for 2-3 minutes on each side, but it is better to study this question in more detail. Deep-fried chicken does not come into contact with the walls of dishes, it is prepared due to the temperature of the oil in the grill. In a frying pan, everything is different.
  13. Spread the finished chicken on paper towels or napkins, so that the extra oil is absorbed.
