Instructions
In cottage cheese add 1 / 2 St. spoons of sour cream, 1 egg, sugar, mix and 40 minutes put in the refrigerator.
To the flour add baking powder,salt, butter, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of sour cream and make dough. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
Roll out the dough into a layer 3 mm thick and cut out an equal number of circles with a diameter of 12 and 9 cm.
In the middle of each large circle to put the filling and cover with a smaller circle.
The bottom edge of the circle to grease with a yolk and fold back up.
