Cheese Cakes with Cottage Cheese Recipe
Recipes cheese cakes are many different, but my cheese cakes are very tender, tasty and for some reason quickly disappearing from the table.

  1. Warm milk, yeast + 1 tbsp flour + sugar mix, leave for 15 min. before the formation of funny hats. Add salt, 2 eggs, vanilla sugar, grated butter, flour (it took me 600 gr.) knead the dough (should not stick to your hands). Put in a warm place for 40 minutes. (I got used to warm up the oven to 50-60 degrees and put the uncovered dough, but do not forget to turn off the oven)
  2. Then make a wrap and leave for another 50 minutes. Should result in a lush.
  3. Filling: mix cottage cheese with 1 egg, 3 tablespoons of sugar, vanilla to taste (who likes + raisins)
  4. Roll out the dough 1 cm thick, make circles mug.
  5. Shift on a baking sheet and let stand for 10 minutes. (I have baking paper, if not, then grease with oil).
  6. Make a deepening with a glass and put the filling (1 teaspoon)
  7. 20 min. to grease top: 1 egg + 1 tsp of sugar. Put in a preheated oven 180 degrees for 20 minutes. the Ovens are all different, so look at the appearance.
  8. Now of all legends to the table, though the smell will come running. Bon appetit!!!
