Chicken Liver and Cucumber Salad Recipe
Very tasty and satisfying liver salad with onion and cucumber. I love it also for the fact that it is prepared in just 20 minutes. Chicken liver can be replaced with both pork and beef. A fresh cucumber can be replaced with salted. It is delicious both warm and cold.

  1. Cut the onion into half rings.
  2. Fry the liver in a pan on both sides for 5 minutes, turn it over several times.
  3. Then add the onion and fry for another 8-10 minutes. Then the finished liver is separated from the onion.
  4. Cut a fresh cucumber into strips.
  5. Cut the liver into strips.
  6. Mix the liver, cucumber and onion. Season with salt and pepper. Fill with mayonnaise and mix everything thoroughly.
