Chicken Liver in Italian Recipe
The recipe is simple. But, as is typical of all Italian cuisine, small nuances make this dish more refined and delicious.
Lunch Second Breakfast
Clean the liver from the films, dry with a paper towel and fry in olive oil for 3-4 minutes on each side. At the end of frying season with salt and pepper, add thyme leaves and crushed garlic.
Put the finished liver in a baking dish. Top with sliced tomatoes.
Grate the cheese.
Sprinkle the liver with grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until the cheese is browned. (10-15 minutes)
