  1. Wash the liver, cut into small pieces, removing unnecessary.
  2. Onion finely chopped and half rings. Onions fry in oil. Then add liver. Fry, stirring, 10-15 minutes.
  3. Spread in a pan with liver and onion sour cream (yogurt) + tomato paste + a little water. Stir and simmer for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Add salt, pepper, thyme, if necessary, a little more water. Stir and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Ready.
