Chicken Thighs on Zucchini Recipe

This dish is prepared quite simply, but it turns out delicious, although I don’t really like zucchini. Also, you can prepare a side dish for this dish, if desired!   1. Cut the tomato into slices.
  2. We cut the zucchini with a “washer”
  3. Cut the cheese into slices.
  4. Cut the garlic thinly.
  5. The chicken thigh can be cut arbitrarily, but the pieces should be small. The skin from the chicken thigh needs to be separated, it is not needed.
  6. Then we salt the chicken pieces, pepper and sprinkle with chicken seasoning. Mix it up.
  7. Then add the sour cream and mix again. We remove it to the side for 30 minutes, so that the chicken meat is slightly soaked with spices and sour cream.
  8. On a baking sheet in parchment, we put the zucchini first.
  9. We put garlic on these zucchini.
  10. Then we put the chicken pieces with the help of a spoon.
  11. We lay the cheese.
  12. We put the tomato on top.
  13. We send it to the oven until ready at 200 C, about 40 minutes.
