In a deep bowl pour all the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, cocoa, vanilla sugar and baking powder. Mix well.
To the dry mix, pour in water, vegetable oil and add the egg. Mix until smooth. It turns out the dough consistency resembling melted chocolate.
The dough is laid out on silicone molds (I have 4 PCs.), filling about 2/3 of the volume. Put in the microwave at a power of 1000 W for exactly 2 minutes. Ready to give cupcakes to cool slightly and remove from molds. They can simply sprinkle with powdered sugar, glaze or decorate with cream.
