To fill the strawberries with the sugar, then boil. After boiling, reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes.
In a blender grind the strawberries into a puree.
Chop the cookies, add half the cream, mix.
Mix cheese with cream until a smooth mass, add the egg, vanilla sugar, zest of half a lemon, few drops of lemon juice, biscuits, and again mix well.
Add 3 tablespoons of the cooled strawberry puree. Stir well.
