  1. To begin to prepare all the ingredients, Apple and kiwi peel.
  2. On a fine grater to RUB an Apple (it is possible in a blender or in a food processor). Shift the resulting applesauce in a bowl in which we whisk.
  3. Similarly, to wipe a kiwi (only directly over the bowl so that the juice ran down right there).
  4. Add the lemon juice.
  5. Pour in the kefir and add the cinnamon.
  6. Beat all with a mixer (or in a blender).
  7. Wipe the resulting mass through a sieve.
  8. Ready!
