Instructions
Spread the bread with a thin layer of butter.
Grate the cheese and crumble the cheese. In the original, kashkaval cheese, but suluguni will work well.
Beat two eggs and add cheese, pepper and salt, if you need more salt, to taste. We distribute the filling on the bread.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake until golden brown. Bake for about 15 minutes, but look at your oven. Our rural sandwiches are ready!!
