Jelly Dessert “Strawberries in the Snow” Recipe

  1. Divide the gelatin into 2 parts of 10g, and soak each in 40 ml of water.
  2. Sour cream should be at room temperature. Add 50g of sugar, zest and lemon juice to the sour cream and mix well until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Thawed strawberries using an immersion blender to turn into a puree.
  4. Put the strawberry puree in a saucepan, add the remaining sugar and heat over the fire until the sugar dissolves, but do not boil. Remove from the heat, put the puree swollen gelatin (10g) and stir until the gelatin dissolves. Cool to room temperature.
  5. The second part of the gelatin is sent to the microwave for a few seconds. as soon as the gelatin is dispersed, enter it into the sour cream, stirring intensively. Immediately pour into glasses for dessert and put in the cold for 20 minutes.
  6. When the strawberry puree cools, spread it on top of the sour cream layer, and sprinkle with coconut shavings. Remove the dessert in the cold to solidify.
