Lamb Soup “Mediterranean” Recipe
This soup is, so to say the impromptu was the lamb and pasta from pizza. The result exceeded all expectations! The soup turned out very good.

  1. Fry the lamb.
  2. Fry the onion.
  3. Fry carrots and bell peppers (quite a bit).
  4. Sauce: 400g. grated tomatoes 4 onions (not peeled), pre-fried in 50g. olive oil (2 minutes), add dried Basil 1.5 tablespoons, 1H. l of salt and 2 hours. L. sugar, tormented by 2 minutes, when cooled add 1 tablespoon of Apple cider vinegar. (garlic then throw away).
  5. 1/3 hot pepper, cut. Add in the saucepan.
