Lamb with Tomatoes in Arabic Recipe
A very tasty, spicy dish of lamb shanks with vegetables. I recommend it.
  1. Wash the lamb shanks, dry them. Prepare the vegetables. The weight of vegetables is indicated in the peeled form.
  2. If possible, cut the shanks. Heat a deep frying pan, pour in the olive oil, leaving 1 tbsp. l., after a couple of minutes add the meat.
  3. Fry until golden brown, the heat is slightly above average.
  4. Since I’m cooking the drumsticks, it will take more time, so I step back a little from the recipe, pour boiling water.
  5. And bring the shanks almost to readiness, stewing for 1-1. 5 hours, salting.
  6. Peel the onion, garlic, finely chop. Wash and carefully cut the hot pepper, take its amount according to your taste.
  7. Fry this in 1 tbsp. l. olive oil, add to the meat.
  8. Chop the tomatoes and peppers.
  9. Add tomato slices and strips of bell pepper. Lightly fry, 2-3 minutes.
  10. Then reduce the heat and simmer for 40 minutes under the lid. In the process, add salt to taste. Serve hot.
