Layer Salad with Prawns Recipe
It is very easy to prepare such a salad! And the combination of rice, shrimp and avocado makes it look like sushi.

  1. Prepare the ingredients. Boil the prawns, cool them , and slice them . Cut the cucumber into cubes. Cook the rice, add the rice vinegar, mix and cool. Finely chop the green onions.
  2. Peel the avocado, remove the stone, put it in a small bowl, sprinkle with lemon juice and mash it with a fork .
  3. In the form of lay out layers ( I have layers go from bottom to top as the form without the bottom) rice, shrimp, soy sauce, avocado puree, cucumber. Remove the salad from the mold. Drop a little mayonnaise (optional), pour soy sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
