Lentil Salad Recipe
A healthy and hearty salad. A source of high-quality protein and iron. They are good as an independent dish, and as a side dish.
Wash the lentils, boil them in salted water (the ratio of cereals:water – 1:3) until ready. Cut the cheese, basil and bell pepper (I used canned pepper).
Cherry tomatoes can be cut in half, but you can put them in a whole salad. Season the salad with balsamic, if desired, you can add olive oil (I did not add it).
