Easy to prepare salad, suitable for both the holiday table, and for unexpected guests, if the meat is boiled in advance. Nice cozy salad for every day. Ate with pleasure.
Onions cut into half rings, carrots into thin strips, fry until slightly Golden brown.
Beef cut into strips.
To meat add fried vegetables, garlic grated on a small grater and cucumbers, also cut into strips. For refuelling mix mayonnaise and mustard, if need to salt. Salad before serving, chill in the fridge.
