Meat Salad with Daikon and Mushrooms Recipe
A simple salad with a rich meat flavor. Very simple to prepare.
Green peas (canned)
Boil the meat (lean pork). Cut into thin strips.
Chop onion into half rings
Cut the mushrooms into small pieces
Add vegetable oil (1 tablespoon) to the pan, add half-rings of onion. Simmer the onion over low heat until soft and transparent
Add (1 tablespoon) of vegetable oil to the pan, add the chopped mushrooms, lightly fry
Chop the daikon on a Korean grater
In a bowl, add all the ingredients of the salad, add salt to taste. Season the salad with a small amount of mayonnaise
Put the salad in serving salad bowls, decorate to taste
