Mixed Rice Salad with Cauliflower Recipe
Fast dish for fasting and not only. I really liked the fresh combination of these products.
Lunch Second Breakfast
Boil the rice in salted boiling water for 15 minutes. Cauliflower was disassembled into inflorescences and boiled in boiling water for 3 minutes.
I baked the nuts in a dry pan.
On a plate, put a pile of rice, boiled cauliflower on it, sprinkle with lemon zest, pour lemon juice, drizzle with olive oil.
Before serving, sprinkle with pine nuts and mint leaves.
