Add the egg and the vanilla sugar, again stir well.
Pour milk, stir.
Mix flour in a separate bowl with baking powder and a pinch of salt. Gradually, pouring the flour mixture, mix the dough until smooth.
The dough is thick, does not drain from the spoon.
Put the dough in a baking dish (pre-bottom covered with parchment, bumpers smeared with vegetable oil, the diameter of the form 20 cm), level the top.
Arrange the mulberry (tails first remove).
Sprinkle 2 tbsp sugar on top of the cake.
Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 10 minutes, then lower the temperature to 160 and bake until ready for about 50-55 minutes (check the readiness with a wooden skewer, focus on the features of your oven and the Golden top of the pie).
The finished cake is removed from the oven and let it cool.
