  1. Pork and chicken breast cut into pieces. Fry in a deep frying pan on half of the hot olive oil until Golden brown, add seafood. A little salt. Fry for another 3 minutes. Spread in another bowl.
  2. Add the remaining oil to the pan and fry the chopped onions, garlic and bell pepper. Sauté until the onion becomes transparent. Pepper, of course, it is better to take the red – it will be prettier in the end, but I, unfortunately, 2 of the nearest stores were only green! However the taste is not affected! Only on the aesthetic component!
  3. Add rice, green peas and spices to the fried vegetables. A little salt. Pour the broth. Simmer for 10 minutes The broth for paella should be delicious! Simmer this broth, which then would have to cook the soup!
  4. Add to rice meat with seafood and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  5. Serve paella hot! You can sprinkle with herbs. Bon appetit!!!
