Instructions
  1. Baking dish with a diameter of 25 cm. In a blender mix flour flavored, sliced cold oil, a pinch of salt and sugar.
  2. In the resulting crumb add cold water (if necessary, increase its amount by a couple of spoons).
  3. Knead dough. You need to work quickly so that the oil is not heated, pieces of oil remain in the dough, this is normal.
  4. The dough put in a baking dish, making the bumpers. The form with the dough put in the refrigerator.
  5. Meanwhile, peel the pears and cut them into quarters. Fold in a bowl of cold water and juice of half a lemon, so as not to darken until we prepare the cream. If you come across hard pears, they need to be cleaned, cut into quarters and instead of cold water with lemon throw in boiling sweetened water and cook just a minute or two, then get out of the water and cool.
  6. Whisk beat eggs with sugar, add rum and soft butter, beat.
  7. In the resulting mass add ground nuts and flour, mix. Instead of hazelnuts, you can use almonds, in this case, use ordinary white sugar and instead of rum, it is better to add vanilla sugar, but the taste, of course, will be quite different.
  8. On the convex side of the quarters of pears with a sharp knife to make a few cuts without cutting through.
  9. Heat oven to 180 degrees. Remove the form from the refrigerator with the dough, pour the cream and lay in a circle of pears.
  10. Bake about 40 minutes, guided by your oven. Ready cake cool slightly in the form, then remove from the mold, turning it first to one and then to another.
  11. Sprinkle sugar powder.
  12. Bon appetit!
