Boil potatoes in “uniform”. Clean.
RUB on a small grater.
Add salt and egg. Stir.
Sift 1 tbsp with a slide of flour. Stir.
Cut the cheese into small cubes, about 5 mm.
Shape the meatballs with wet hands.
On the palm spread 1/2 tbsp potato dough, shape the scones, spread on top 1 slice of cheese and roll the ball.
Roll the ball in breadcrumbs.
From this number of ingredients I have broke a 17 balls.
Lower the balls into the hot vegetable oil for 3-4 pieces (I have a small saucepan to save oil) and fry until Golden brown on all sides for about 40-50 seconds.
We spread ready-made balls on paper towels to remove excess oil.
Tasty and tender snack-potato balls with cheese-ready.
Served with ketchup.
