Potato Salad with Sorrel Recipe
Interesting, satisfying, bright salad of potatoes, carrots, green peas, eggs and sorrel leaves! Very simple salad.

Black pepper, salt
Boil potatoes and carrots, peel and cut into small pieces. Also slice the boiled eggs.
Wash the sorrel leaves, dry them and cut them. Drain the liquid from the canned green peas. Combine all the ingredients in a convenient mixing bowl.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste, season the salad with sour cream or mayonnaise, and mix gently.
