Very tasty and satisfying! The dish is something between a casserole and an omelet. Great option for Breakfast.

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Peel potatoes.
  2. Cut to cubes.
  3. Dice the onions as well potatoes.
  4. Fry the vegetables in a pan until Golden brown over medium heat.
  5. Add salt, cover, reduce heat to a minimum and cook until soft.
  6. Break the eggs into a Cup.
  7. Pour the milk, add salt and whisk.
  8. Pour the rice cereal.
  9. Stir.
  10. Pour into the fried potatoes egg mass.
  11. Cover and “forget” for 10-15 minutes.
  12. The finished tortilla out onto a plate and serve with hot tea.
  13. Good Breakfast!
