  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into large slices. Rinse and dry.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the potatoes until crisp, 10 minutes on a higher-than-average heat, stirring.
  3. Chop the garlic, grind the oat flakes, and add salt. Mix everything together.
  4. Put the potatoes in a heat-resistant form, season with flakes and garlic.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes at 190-200 degrees. Serve hot.
