I’ve never cooked in a microwave before. Used it only for heating. Now my attitude to cooking in the “microwave” has changed radically. I bring to Your attention “orange pudding”. It turns out a very tasty quick dessert with an orange note.
150gramButter100 gr. – for dought, 50 gr. – for the sauce.
Butter, flour, sugar, eggs, zest of two oranges, vanilla sugar – beat for a biscuit in a food processor (blender) until smooth.
Place all the ingredients for the sauce (honey, butter, orange juice), except for orange slices, in a pan and slowly bring to a boil.
Stir until smooth.
Portion refractory molds (I had 3 PCs.), or if someone does not have molds, you can take glasses, tea cups, grease with vegetable oil, lightly sprinkle with flour.
Put 1 tablespoon of orange sauce in molds.
Then put the dough on top. Cover the forms with film and pierce the film with a knife.
Cook mini-biscuits in the microwave for 4 min. 20 sec. at 650 watt. Walk with a knife between the walls and pudding, turn and remove the form.
To the sauce add the orange slices and pour a little pudding. The rest of the sauce to serve separately.
P. S: Can this pudding be their portion, and in one form more.
