  1. For the cake you will need boiled buckwheat.
  2. For the filling, cut the bell pepper and sausage.
  3. Mushrooms and onions fry in oil. I have mushrooms were frozen, can be take fresh.
  4. Mix buckwheat with sausage, bell pepper and fried onion with mushrooms.
  5. For the dough, beat lightly with a whisk eggs with salt and sugar, add milk and vegetable oil
  6. Add flour and baking powder, stir the dough to avoid lumps.
  7. In the dough, add the filling and add any chopped fresh herbs (I had chives).
  8. Mix the filling with the dough. Pour the dough into a greased form and place in a heated oven. Bake until dry match. I had it for 25 minutes at 180 degrees, be guided by your oven.
  9. The finished cake is tasty and hot and cold. And it may well replace dinner for the whole family. And also help out if you suddenly have unexpected guests!
