Onion and garlic chop, sausage cut into rings, chicken breast cubes, bell pepper smaller cubes.
In a deep frying pan, heat the vegetable oil, fry the onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes, stirring.
Add the chicken breast cubes, slices of sausage, mix.
Add the bell pepper, tomato paste.
Pour the broth. Add the rice. Cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes until all liquid is absorbed and rice is soft. Add salt and pepper. If the rice starts to dry before the end of cooking, add more broth or just hot water. Don’t forget to stir from time to time.
