  1. Beans soaked in water for 8 hours, then boil until tender. For this dish I chose white beans, its delicate creamy taste is great for salads.
  2. Peaches and pepper wash, peel, cut into cubes. Mix with beans.
  3. For dressing in a separate container mix lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, finely chopped Basil. Onion cut into half rings and send to the gas station.
