Salad from Mussels “Breeze” Recipe
You don’t like mussels? Yes, you just don’t know how to cook them. This is obviously a joke. But I still want to offer you easy composition and preparation of the salad that will change your attitude to these seafood.

Dill
Lettuce / Lettuce (leaves)
Instructions
Take mussels, I have frozen, peeled. Give them to thaw, washed from the sand. Put the mussels in boiling water and cook for 3 minutes.
Next, throw in a colander and use for its intended purpose.
Leek (white part) cut into rings, tomato cut segments.
Mix the boiled mussels, chopped onions and tomatoes. Add boiled mushrooms, you can take any.
Making salad dressing. To do this, mix the soy sauce, olive oil, sweet chili sauce, squeeze garlic and lemon juice. Stir (whisk) with a fork.
Pour the dressing in mussels with vegetables and mushrooms, stir.
On a serving plate put lettuce (torn) or salad mix.
Spread on lettuce leaves salad of mussels. Sprinkle with finely chopped dill. Bon appetit!
