A rich, bright salad with beetroot, cheese and boiled meat with a dressing of sour cream and mustard with grains! Very simple salad.

  1. Boil the meat and cut it into small cubes.
  2. Also cut the cheese.
  3. Add green peas (pre-drain the liquid from the jar).
  4. Cut the green onions and parsley.
  5. Pre-boiled beets to clean and cut into small cubes. Combine all the ingredients of the salad in a convenient mixing bowl, season with black pepper and salt to taste.
  6. For dressing, mix sour cream and mustard with the grains. Season the salad, mix gently and serve.
