I want to offer you a simple, but no less delicious salad with chicken and fresh vegetables. The salad is prepared quickly from available products. And probably the beauty of this salad is its simplicity.
Lightly chop the chicken breast and put it on a sheet with seasonings. Cover the breast with the second half of the leaf and fry on both sides in a dry pan for 7 minutes on each side.
Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands and put them on a plate. Cut the cucumber and pepper into strips and place on top of the lettuce leaves. Finely chop the onion and put it on the vegetables. Sprinkle with salt and ground pepper. Cut the breast into strips like the vegetables and put it on top of the salad. Clean the eggs and cut them into 4 parts, add them to the salad.
For dressing: mix oil and balsamic vinegar. Mix and season the salad.
