Instructions
  1. Apple peel and grate on a coarse grater, the same thing to do with cucumbers and onions.
  2. Bulgarian pepper cut into small cubes and add to the salad.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste, add butter and sugar. Finely chop the dill and mix everything.
  4. Serve in a salad bowl or in portions on a lettuce leaf.
