Salad with Pesto Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

Instructions
In the bowl of the blender put washed and dried Basil, pine nuts, 3 tbsp grated Parmesan, garlic and 1/3 of olive oil. Beat the sauce well.
Lettuce iceberg tear his hands in large pieces and add cherry tomatoes, cut in half.
Mushrooms cut into slices, pour lemon juice. Gently mix.
Add mushrooms to the salad.
Now add a mixture of different types of salad.
Add the Parmesan, grated with thin plates. Spread the sauce in the salad, pre-mixing it with the remaining 1/3 Cup of oil.
Gently mix the salad with your hands.
Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry.
Spread on a paper towel to stack excess fat.
Sprinkle the salad with pieces of bacon and serve!
