Cabbage is thinly shredded, seasoned with soy sauce, we knead with our hands until the juice is released, but without frenzy.
Cut the pumpkin into strips and add it to the cabbage.
Celery is also cut thinly, garlic is finely chopped or crushed with a garlic chopper. We send it to the salad.
