Elegant and very tasty snack-cake, which is based-waffle cakes. Liver cream cake offer to cook a very special way, and the delicate flavor of the liver to set off various savory additives. Come, I will treat and, I hope, surprise)))
Wash chicken liver thoroughly and chop with a blender (or meat grinder) with two onions and garlic.
Add 2 eggs, semolina, season (I have salt and pepper). Mix thoroughly.
Place the mixture into a baking bag and tie the bag.
In the bowl multivarki pour water, set the bowl for steaming, put it in a package with liver mixture. Set the “Cook for a couple” mode, cooking time-1 hour. 25 minutes later I have a swollen package, I gently pierced.
An hour later, we turned out to be the most delicate, very fragrant liver pate, steamed! Cool, add mayonnaise, stir thoroughly. Can be a little blend for an even more delicate structure. Liver cream’s ready!
The delicate flavor of the liver serves to set off the savory flavors. I chose pickled vegetables-onions, bell peppers, gherkins. And so, cut and marinate the red onion in a mixture of water and vinegar (15-20 minutes).
