Instructions
We need very simple ingredients – leeks and carrots.
A little hot chilli pepper.
On olive oil quickly fry the onions, carrots and chili. Carrots should remain crisp.
In a saucepan with hot broth we add rice noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Then vegetables put into the broth.
Boiled beef is cut into small pieces.
We chop coriander.
We mix all the ingredients in a bowl so that the noodles float in the broth. Ready.
