  1. We need very simple ingredients – leeks and carrots.
  2. A little hot chilli pepper.
  3. On olive oil quickly fry the onions, carrots and chili. Carrots should remain crisp.
  4. In a saucepan with hot broth we add rice noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Then vegetables put into the broth.
  6. Boiled beef is cut into small pieces.
  7. We chop coriander.
  8. We mix all the ingredients in a bowl so that the noodles float in the broth. Ready.
