Soy Burgers Recipe
Very tasty and healthy, hearty and light burgers of soy minced meat. A great option for those who like soy meat, or for some reason do not use animal meat. This is a basic recipe, it can be added at the request of flax seeds, dry mashed potatoes, peas or buckwheat flakes, vegetables. The main advantage of these burgers – minimum calories, maximum benefit.

  1. Mix soy minced meat, cream, oat flakes, Flaxseed flour, salt and spices in one container, fill with warm boiled water. Mix and leave for 5 minutes to swell.
  2. From the resulting mass to form small burgers in the form of burgers. Roll each Burger in fiber on all sides. For breading, I use wheat fiber, it gives the dish a delicious Golden hue and cereal flavor.
  3. Fry on both sides in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
  4. Shift the finished burgers on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Optional in the dough, you can add different fillers according to your taste: flax seeds; dry potato puree; pea or buckwheat flakes. Bon appetit!
