  1. The time is indicated without marinating. Wash the meat, dry it and cut it thinly, but not cutting it to the end.
  2. Mix the dry spices. Mix the soy sauce with the pepper and garlic paste.
  3. Put the meat in a “tight” bowl, add salt and sugar, spices and soy-pepper mixture.
  4. RUB each “petal”with marinade.
  5. Turn over and leave for 30-60 minutes.
  6. 40 minutes before serving, heat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan, put the meat in it, cuts down. Fry for 10-15 minutes on medium heat, it is more convenient under the lid.
  7. Carefully turn over, fry on the other side, 7-10 minutes, medium heat. Pour in the remaining marinade, 100 ml. boiling water, close the lid and bring to readiness on a low heat, 15-20 minutes.
  8. Serve hot, sprinkled with fried sesame seeds, with spicy snacks. On the side of boiled rice. Meat looks presentable on the table.
