Spicy Side Dish of Beans and Rice Recipe
Today I have a delicious spicy garnish of red beans and rice. Usually I serve it to a man with homemade sausages or baked ribs, but it is very self-sufficient and nourishing, and I myself eat it as a separate dish.
Black pepper, salt
Beans I soaked for the night and then washed, boiled until tender. I remind you that beans are best cooked in three waters. Boil – drain the water, pour fresh and so three times.
Fry onions and garlic in vegetable oil, add cilantro, dill, parsley, bell pepper and chili.
Add rice and fry for 5 minutes.
Fill with water, add tomatoes, finely chopped, boiled beans, black pepper, cumin, salt. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
Spread in a pot, put on top of a circle of tomatoes, put in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
