Prepare the products. Vegetables wash and clean. The onion and crush the garlic. Carrots and celery root (added from myself) chop into strips. Bulgarian pepper cut into broad noodles.
Cut the sausages diagonally into slices.
Potatoes cut into either cubes, or small slices, cubes – as you like.
Fry hunting sausages in a pan in olive oil until Golden brown.
Add carrots and celery and fry a little.
Next, add garlic, onion, spicy spices, what you want, paprika and pepper. Mix everything.
Pour the bell pepper.
Grate the tomatoes in a pan, if you use fresh, or put canned. If the whole, then pre-stretch them.
Heat chicken broth, add sliced potatoes, fried sausages with vegetables, salt, spices, chopped herbs, add black and red pepper. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. In this soup, if it is, in your opinion, turned watery, you can add dumplings.
