Spicy Zucchini Snack Recipe
Absolutely incredible combination of zucchini and mustard. Optionally, you can make a blank for the winter! Come on, teach!

  1. Young zucchini or zucchini cut into small pieces.
  2. In a saucepan mix zucchini, chopped garlic and chili, salt, sugar and white pepper. Stir.
  3. Add vinegar, sunflower oil and stir in mustard.
  4. Put on fire and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Definitely stirring occasionally. Ready a snack puree a blender.
  5. A snack can be prepared for the winter. Another hot snack spread into prepared hot jars. Sterilize 15 minutes.
  6. This snack is eaten immediately, still hot!! Bon appetit!
