  1. Zucchini washed, dried. Cut into a width of about 2.5-3 cm. With a teaspoon cut out the middle.
  2. Bring to a boil 2-3 liters of water, salt to taste. We lower the prepared zucchini rings, turn off the fire and leave for 10 minutes.
  3. Chicken fillet wash, dry, cut into small pieces. We shift in the bowl of the blender. Add half of the cut-out middles of courgettes (the second half can be used for the preparation of zucchini caviar).
  4. 60 gr cheese cut into small pieces, adding in the bowl of a blender. Also add milk, egg, salt and black pepper to taste, spices and turmeric. We interrupt in forcemeat (it is possible to use a meat grinder). Here’s the meat turns out.
  5. Tomatoes cut into thin slices by the number of zucchini rings. After 10 minutes, drain the water from the zucchini and spread in a greased baking dish with vegetable oil. Fill zucchini rings with minced meat. Cover each stuffed zucchini with tomatoes.
  6. Cover the baking dish with foil and send in a preheated 200 degree oven for 25-30 minutes (see on your oven). After 30 minutes, RUB 60 grams of cheese on a small grater and sprinkle each stuffed zucchini, remove the foil and send for a couple of minutes in the oven for Browning cheese.
