  1. To prepare the balls we need to cook a cool viscous porridge of rice, milk, salt and sugar. We will need the simplest, round-eyed rice. I like to cook porridge in a slow cooker, but you can cook it in a normal saucepan with non-stick coating.
  2. When the porridge is ready, cool it to a warm state. It is not necessary to cool completely, the balls of warm rice will be better molded and will not crack during frying. In warm porridge break eggs and add starch, stir the mass.

  5. We spread ready-made balls on a heated pan, fry on one side until Golden brown, turn over, cover with a lid and bring to readiness.
