Tomato and Potato Soup Recipe
A wonderful combination of simple vegetables, and the result – an exquisite soup. Green olives give a special piquancy.

  1. The potatoes clean and boil with the addition of bay leaf, and hem is a bit of a marinade of green olives instead of salt.
  2. With a large tomato peel and cut, fry in olive oil, add garlic.
  3. Add onions.
  4. Fry, add tomato or vegetable juice, reduce the fire and put out, you can add ketchup, or tomato paste.
  5. From boiled potatoes do liquid puree, I whipped with a mixer. A bit red color of gave pepper, that was in marinade from green olives, and, of course, piquancy.
  6. Also make mashed tomatoes and onions, garlic.
  7. In a bowl pour the mashed potato.
  8. On top, add tomato puree.
  9. Stir and get an orange color, add another spoonful of potato and tomato puree, sprinkle with herbs and decorate with olives.
  10. Or add a spoonful of olive oil.
  11. And again decorate with olives.
