Cut the tomatoes into slices and put them on a platter.
Chop the green onions and sprinkle them on top of the tomatoes.
Finely chop the garlic.
Fry the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan or in the microwave.
Mix olive oil, water and lemon juice. Add garlic, sesame seeds, salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the resulting dressing evenly over the salad and you can serve it to the table.
