  2. Cut the pumpkin into cubes. ( I used a food processor and a dicing attachment)
  3. Peel the garlic, finely chop it, and add it to the pumpkin along with the Basil and oil. And put out under the lid for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove the seeds from the sweet pepper. cut into pieces. Add finely chopped garlic, a couple of teaspoons of water Put out in a saucepan over medium heat for 3-4 minutes
  5. Pour in the cream and bring to a boil. Cool slightly.
  6. Add sprigs of dill and chop everything with a blender.
